These Terms govern use of puracy and purchases of household cleaning, laundry, dish, surface-care, personal-care, hair-care, and baby-care products. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies.

Product descriptions, available options, specifications, care directions, warnings, and safety information are provided on the applicable product page and should be reviewed before purchase and use.

Orders, Cancellation, Shipping, and Returns

Orders may be cancelled before shipment when fulfillment has not begun. After shipment, the Refund Policy applies.

All U.S. orders receive free standard shipping. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days and carrier transit is estimated at 4–6 business days after dispatch, with tracking provided.

puracy offers a 30-day no-reason return and exchange period, pays approved return shipping, and issues approved refunds within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Prices, Payment, and Taxes

Prices and checkout payments are in USD unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. Accepted card methods are described in the Payment Policy.

Taxes are charged when required by applicable law and are calculated using the information available at checkout.

Acceptable Use and Liability
