puracy accepts no-reason returns and exchanges requested within 30 days after delivery.

Return Shipping

puracy pays approved return shipping for both no-reason returns and quality-related returns. We provide a prepaid label or an equivalent merchant-paid return arrangement.

Condition and Non-Returnable Items

Return items safely with included components and original packaging when reasonably possible. Handling beyond what is necessary to inspect an item may affect the available remedy, subject to non-waivable consumer rights.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact support@puracyworks.shop promptly with the order number and supporting details. Approved quality claims receive a merchant-paid return, replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Refund Timing and Return Address

After receipt and inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. A bank or card issuer may require additional posting time.
