Where do you ship?
We ship only within the United States, and standard shipping is free on every order.
How long does delivery take?
Processing normally takes 1–2 business days. Estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days after dispatch, and tracking is provided.
Can I cancel an order?
An order may be cancelled before shipment when fulfillment has not begun. After shipment, the Refund Policy applies.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Request a no-reason return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. The store pays approved return shipping for both no-reason and quality-related returns.
When will I receive a refund?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection.
What cannot be returned?
Customized goods, clearance or final-sale goods, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods are not returnable, subject to non-waivable law.
