United States Shipping

puracy currently ships only within the United States. Free standard shipping applies to every U.S. order.

International delivery is not offered under this policy.

Processing, Transit, and Tracking

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days after dispatch. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier disruptions, peak periods, address issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

A tracking number is provided when the order ships and is sent to the contact information supplied at checkout.

Address Changes and Delivery Issues

Provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support@puracyworks.shop immediately if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
